You agree that you will not share your access to this course with any other persons, except for family members. By agreeing to these, you acknowledge that all confidential material and information revealed to you is and remains the sole intellectual property of Paws4teaching or the participant who revealed it.
Payments: If your payments are not made in a timely fashion or cancelled for any reason, Paws4teaching may suspend your participation in all or part of the service until your account is brought current.

Whilst every care is taken, Paws4teaching, Joanna Williams or instructors and coaches working on behalf of Paws4teaching cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons, property or dogs during any training sessions or class.
Delays and postponements: We reserve the right to postpone dates where weather or elements outside of our control cause running of dates not to be possible. Postponed class/appointment dates will be rescheduled.
Termination: Paws4teaching is committed to providing all participants with a positive and productive experience.
You agree that Paws4teaching, at it’s sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in any agreed service without forgiveness of any previous payments if you wish to leave, become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow guidelines, or if your behaviour impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to participate. In the rare case of termination, an End Of Contract Agreement (ECA) must be signed by both the client and Paws4teaching to release the clients from the financial obligation and protect the integrity and content of the program. Breach of the terms within the ECA may result in legal proceedings being actioned against the client.
Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable but can placed on hold for future placements if available and for suitable services. Upon termination, no refunds of previously made payments will be offered once service access has been granted, irrespective of whether access by the student has been actioned. The exception to this is if a client has paid annually, and a program is drip fed, then a refund of unavailable materials at the time of notice will be issued.
