Pre-Initial Consultation
Telephone or email conversation about the outline of the problem and booking an appointment space
Referral from your vet (this is important as some issues may require us working closely with your vet)
Completion, by you, of the Behaviour Client Registration form (see below)
Initial Consultation
Discussion about the problem in full
History gathering with you (and from vet referral form)
Demonstration of practical skills/management
Report outlining the issue and a behaviour modification plan
approx. 2 hours in your home
(depending on location, mileage may be charged)
Behaviour Follow-up
Some behaviour problems will require follow up lessons
approx. 1 hour location to be agreed
(depending on location, mileage may be charged)
Telephone/E-mail Support
You will receive free ongoing telephone and email support for 6 months
